‘My Lord!’ Grandaunt mourns death of 2-year-old in bizarre case

The 2-year-old boy who died in what appeared to be a twisted and confused happening on Tuesday, is being mourned by family members after news of his death along with his father made national headlines.

“My Lord! I didn’t have a chance to meet my little handsome grand-nephew,” his grand-aunt Linda Kelly lamented.

[I] love you, honey,” Kelly exclaimed of the toddler who was found lifeless after the strange ordeal.

Anwar Miller’s body was found on a bed after his father Jermaine was reportedly chased by police during a fight with a nude man and a woman who rented from him around 12:30 in the early morning hours.

In an attempt to escape capture, the father reportedly locked himself into a bedroom and later jumped from an opening after shattering a window. He was then arrested but later died.

Just ten days prior, Jermaine seemed troubled, posting to social media, a picture of his sons, suggesting they were estranged somehow and for whatever reason, which has not yet been revealed to the public.

“I miss waking up and checking on y’all, watching y’all sleep and seeing you’ll laugh. Miss our beach days, pizza days and game nights. Feel like I [am] freaking out. I ain’t happy,” he lamented.

Just one day before his death, he posted a bible scripture, Thessalonians 5:16-18, reminding him “to be happy, to pray to Him and to always be thankful for all blessings in life,” along with a photo of a woman and a little boy, which appears to be the toddler, killed.

Police have since reported they are questioning the mother of the child as they piece together the odd puzzle.
