Two Men Charged with Shooting 2-Year-Old

Both men faced attempted murder and life endangerment charges
As 2-year-old Da’Nyla Roberts lay in hospital in critical condition, two men were brought before the courts to be charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm to endanger life.
26-year-old Antonio Neely and 34-year-old Marcus Saunders faced charges before Magistrate Samuel McKinney one count of attempted murder and four counts of possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger a life.
As they made their way in court, the mother of Little Da’Nyla wept openly and was comforted by friends and family.
The pair were not required to enter a plea to the attempted murder charge.
Both men were remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections until September 4th.
