Two Additional COVID-19 Cases in Bimini

Five additional confirmed COVID19 cases

The Ministry of Health confirms today that there are 5 additional confirmed cases of COVID-19.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 70.

The newly confirmed cases are as follows:

  • Case #66 is a 28 year old female resident of New Providence with no history of travel. This case is in isolation at home.

  • Case #67 is a 33 year old male resident of New Providence with no history of travel. This case is also in isolation at home.

  • Case #68 is a 65 year old male resident of New Providence with no history of travel. This case was hospitalized.

  • Case #69 is a 63 year old female resident of Bimini with no history of travel. This case is at the Government quarantine facility.

  • Case #70 is a 78 year old male resident of Bimini with no history of travel. This case is in isolation at home.

There have been 7 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Grand Bahama, 59 confirmed cases in New Providence, 1 confirmed case in Cat Cay, and 3 confirmed cases on the island of Bimini.
