8-Year-Old Is Latest COVID-19 Case

Three additional cases are all under the age of 30
The Ministry of Health confirms today three additional confirmed cases of COVID-19.
The newly confirmed cases are as follows:

Case #98 is an eight (8) year old male of New Providence with no history of travel. This case is in isolation at home.

Case #99 is a twenty-five (25) year old female of New Providence with no history of travel. This case is also in isolation at home.

Case #100 is a twenty-seven (27) year old male of New Providence with no history of travel. This case also remains in isolation at home.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases to one hundred (100).
There have been eight (8) confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Grand Bahama, seventy-eight (78) confirmed cases in New Providence, one (1) confirmed case in Cat Cay, and thirteen (13) confirmed case on the island of Bimini.
Investigations of these new cases are ongoing, and health officials continue to follow the condition of the other current COVID-19 positive cases.
