Police looking for suspects
Police investigating a shooting in Grand Bahama where a man was shot multiple times about the body.
Police say it was shortly after 9am, officers received information that a male was brought to the Rand Memorial Hospital, suffering from gunshot wounds to the body.
Further investigations revealed that the male, while on Weddell Avenue was approached by another male who produced a handgun and shot him multiple times.
He was taken to the Rand Hospital in a private vehicle and is listed in serious condition.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance for any information that can assist with this investigation to contact the Central Detective Unit in Grand Bahama at
350-3106, the Grand Bahama Command Center at 350-3082 or the nearest police station.
Investigations are ongoing.
