The Ministry of Health confirms 5 new cases including a 15 year old of Bimini

There are 5 additional confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The newly confirmed cases are as follows:

  • Case #85 is a 60 year old female of New Providence with no history of travel. This case is in isolation at home

  • Case #86 is a 25 year old male of Bimini with no history of travel. This case is in isolation at home

  • Case #87 is a 36 year old male of Bimini with no history of travel. This case is in isolation at home

  • Case #88 is a 15 year old female of Bimini with no history of travel. This case is in isolation at home

  • Case #89 a 50 year old female from Grand Bahama with no history of travel. This case is in isolation at home.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 89.

There have been 8 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Grand Bahama, 69 confirmed cases in New Providence, 1 confirmed case in Cat Cay, and 11 confirmed cases on the island of Bimini.
