Vehicles lined outside of Road Traffic Department on Tuesday at the stadium location for vehicle licensing and licence renewal.
The drive-through service appeared orderly as customers remained in their vehicles as it was processed.
Monday and Tuesday were designated for the month of March private registration of vehicles only.
The Road Traffic Department implemented the new drive-through vehicle inspection and registration process on Monday after thousands of motorists were unable to complete registration after the government implemented the 24 hour curfew.
Officials said the public was not adhering to the social distancing measures.
