The 11th case for the country has no travel history

A new COVID-19 case was confirmed by the Ministry of Health on Saturday.

The latest case is a thirty-five year old resident of Grand Bahama, who has no connection to previous cases and no travel history.

According to reports, the female is being monitored at home, where she remains in isolation.

This brings the total coronavirus cases for the country to 11.

This latest case is the second COVID-19 case for Grand Bahama.

Reports say all cases are in stable condition and remain at home.

The Ministry of Health urges the public to stay at home, obey the emergency order, wash hands frequently, refrain from touching the face, cover mouth and nose with inner elbow or use tissue when coughing.
